Our company was founded on the simple statement that was delivered by Martin Luther King during his “I have a Dream Speech” in August of 1963.

When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men – yes black men as well as white men would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

 It Is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note in so far as her citizens of color are concerned instead of honoring the sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check a check which is come back marked insufficient funds!
But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt

Our Mission

Our mission is to close the gap between the dreams that our founders had for America and the terrible reality of systemic racism that still exists for people of color. Our goal is to fight against laws that encourage mass incarceration that have so unfairly decimated many families within the black community. Our training serves to provide activists and change agents with the tools they need to transform our country to a position of fairness and measureable criminal justice reform.

While our deliverables begin with training solutions, we know that this is only the beginning of making lasting change a reality.  All of our programs strive to be more than an event. Our consultants believe that we are not doing our job unless we can directly address a holistic solution to these problems. We measure our results by the impact that we have on the status quo, not by the number of participants that attend training programs.

About Us

Biography: David Klepinger

For over 20 years I have been involved in helping organizations figure out answers to complex problems that require Learning and Development solutions. I am passionate about social justice and women’s issues and have been actively involved in working with refugees for the last five years. 

This has given me the opportunity to be exposed to some of the most courageous leaders for human rights in Atlanta. I want to continue to use my experience as a training consultant in the pursuit of human rights issues.

Last year I worked on the development of four workshops that included Workplace Discrimination, How to Become a US citizen, Engaging with Law-Enforcement and How to Become a Lobbyist.

During 2020 – 2021 I worked on the development of a Know Your Rights e-learning program that was designed to help Muslims understand their legal rights during a traffic stop.

This program covered a number of subjects designed to improve communications with police officers, taking precautions to avoid escalation and Interfacing with attorneys. The audience is over 70,000 Muslims in the state of Georgia.

For five years I was on the board of the Refugee Women’s Network. I developed and implemented a fundraising process for the board in order to raise capital for a new headquarters building.  We completely changed our messaging, developed a web site and raised the money to double our space.

We then implemented a lecture series to educate the public on Islam and it’s core values.  This role gave me an opportunity to work with some of the leading humanitarian organizations in Atlanta.
