Simple Proposal:

In many cases our clients come to us with some very specific goals and they rely on our experience to translate that into an effective proposal. We will often need to interview key stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to ensure accuracy with our recommendations. The final proposal will include audience descriptions, goals and objectives, possible content outline, critical success factors, timelines and cost estimates. Depending on the complexity of the proposal, we can usually turn this around in two weeks.

Social Justice Program Blueprint

Some clients would like us to build them a more detailed blueprint for a specific training program. This will require multiple meetings with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to really understand the audience at a deeper level. If the project requires the use of a learning management system and e-learning, there could be a separate research phase to define those systems in more detail. We will describe the required media and learning approach including budgets for development and project timelines. This is usually a six to eight week effort.

Audit of An Existing Program

Our clients often find themselves in a position of trying to revive an existing program that is not producing results. To re-design the program, we first need to conduct interviews with people who have experienced the training and key stakeholders. This will help us to determine what they want to keep and what parts need to be improved. We will measure the program results against the learning objectives they were set up in the design of the training and assess the strength and weakness of the program materials. We will also review program evaluations. If there is no formal process for evaluating effectiveness, we will make a recommendation on how to objectively improve this factor.
